Doing things well.
You are here because you want to be and not because you were born here. You study every day on how to work the vineyards and maximize the value of the grapes, because there is almost no past to rely on but only a future to aim for and a present to draw inspiration from. That despite the hard work, the enthusiasm is always strong, and that every goal achieved is important because it means proving once again that it is worth it.
