What does deciding to become a winegrower and winemaker at 40 years old means, when shortly before your world was completely different, in a land not famous for wine production?
It means that you do the things well.
That you are there because you want to be there and not because you was born there. That you have to study everyday how to grow the vines and make the wine in the best way, because you don’t have a family tradition to copy, but only a future to focus on and a present to be inspired. That despite the fatigue, the enthusiasm is always strong, and that every goal achieved is important because it demonstrates again that it’s worthy.
It means that you make a stunning wine, because it is exactly and the only way you pretend it to be.
