“RICCIO” DRY MOSCATO GIALLO

Our first white wine, still and dry.

It must be equal to the others! It must surprise… it must be different but consistent. It must make you fall in love, it must not bore..

Fragrant on the nose, but dry in the mouth. Let’s use our Moscato Giallo vineyard! it’s only 6 years old… Ok, find another vineyard, better if it’s organic.

Done! Smooth but without any sugar content, still but fresh, and that acidity that teases the palate.. it is tasty like a Sea Urchin (Riccio), but it smells of flowers and fruits.

It’s love at first sip.

Training system: guyot
Harvest: hand made in the second part of September
Winemaking: cryomaceration and soft pressing
Bottle: 750 ml
Alcohol content: 12,5% ABV – l12,5% vol
Color: bright straw yellow
Scent: fresh yellow and white flowers and fruits
Flavour: dry, rounded, excellent acidity and good minerality, good persistence
Food pairing: perfect with fish, with spicy and herbed first course or as aperitif
Service temperature: 8°C – 46°F

PINOT GRIGIO DOC RAMATO

Our last wine, created in 2022; on the label a typewriter represents a new page in our story.

The orange copper color anticipates the smell of orange essential oils, that you will sense also in mouth. Then cumin and other balsamic herbs, a nice freshness and smoothness, for an excellent doc wine.

Grape variety: Pinot grigio 100%

Training system: guyot
Harvest: hand made in the second part of August
Winemaking:cryomaceration and soft pressing, the juice kept in contact with skins for 2 weeks

Alcohol content:12,% ABV – 12,% vol
Color: orange copper
Scent:orange peel, cumin, white peach
Flavour: dry, nice freshness and smoothness, good persistence
Food pairing: perfect with fish and white meat, fried food, cheese, vegetable dishes and as aperitif
Service temperature: 8°C – 46°F
